Introduction
Customer Engagement Fabric (CEF) brings together many service providers to enable a series of services that allow personalized customer engagement between businesses and customers using apps. This includes multi-channel notification services, sign-in verification, and aggregate functions for payment. These services can help the app to quickly implement relevant user connectivity functions, improve user engagement, and analyze user behavior data to improve the operational efficiency of the app.

Microsoft Azure CEF has stopped to accept new customer registration request since Jun. 15th 2019,and existing customers won't have any impact. Starting from Jan. 1st 2020, all CEF services on Azure platform will be terminated and customers will no longer be able to use to use the services. |
